A note from Holly
Over 11 years (and counting!) of working as a physical therapist, from outpatient clinics to acute care hospitals, has certainly taught me a LOT.
Since graduating from Saint Louis University with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014, I've lost count of how many times a patient has told me "I wish I had known all of this sooner!" I knew I had to come up with a way to reach as many people as possible with this invaluable information. And so, The Balance Boost was born.
It is my passion and mission to educate and teach people how to build their balance and improve their mobility so they feel confident and strong, and lead safe and independent lives, for as long as possible.
This 1-hour workshop includes some of the most important lessons and strategies I have learned from PT school, combined with more than a decade of working with patients on their balance and mobility. I cannot wait to teach you what I love and teach every day as a physical therapist.
